My passion is observing how users interact with a product, defining problems, learning about their pain points, and identifying opportunities to create useful solutions.

My approach to any design problem is to simplify the user’s journey and provide a seamless, intuitive, and visually appealing experience.

I love, eat and breathe design. It’s been a part of me since I was 10 and I have been fortunate to accomplish my childhood dream of becoming a designer. After earning my undergraduate degree in Industrial Design from National Institute of Design, India I worked for six years in global organizations.
Fast forward of my industry experience in industrial design, I learnt my fundamentals of visual design and design thinking processes have always been focused on human experiences and towards truly changing people’s lives for the better.
Soon I discovered, I always paid more attention to customer behaviours than just surface ornamentation and I’m more into understanding the target audience and solving problems of all nature. This inspired me to follow and explore this field of User Experience design which has such a broad range of disciplines merging together.
